9.30am: Cycled the loop twice then down to South St bridge and back. Good steady pace. Nice not having such tight muscles. It was beautiful with all the blossom out.

9.30pm: Nice sunny day still a little chilly 38 degF, but shorts weather. Ran out west River Dr to Strawberry Mansion bridge, (32.55), over the bridge and down to Kelly Dr,(4.22), and back. By Columbia Bridge suddenly thought my massage today was at 11.00am, so panicked and stepped up the pace. (30.46). Turned out it isn't until this afternoon. Time for a good soak in Epsom salts.

6.10am: 45degF, a nice temp. For a plod along the river. First time in a few days felt up to exercise. Went for a deep tissue massage last Sat and basically my muscles everywhere are a series of massive knots. It was brutal and the session just scratched the surface. I have 1.5hr session this coming Sat just to work one legs. I knew muscles were a bit tight but not this grim!
