9.40am: Cloudy 44degF. Plan: a long slowish run. Out west river drive to Strawberry Mansion bridge, over bridge and continued on into park. Followed the road round pass the historic houses and then down Strawberry Mansion road to Lloyd Hall and back along the river. Interesting change of route for some variety.

9.20am: Cold and cloudy 33 deg(wind chill 28) so opted to cycle rather than run. Decent pace, 2x the loop then down beyond South St bridge as the next section of Schuilkyll River Trail open, (about another 400m)and back via skateboard park. A good ride.
