Snow and ice outside so no chance of run or cycling. Resistance level 7, 148 calories burnt. Pushed hard, good cadence

9.45am: Cycled 3x loop and down to South St Bridge and back. Felt pretty good. Was getting chilly on the final loop on way back heading into some wind.
Needed a decent ride before some minor snow later today and then winds up to 50mph and temps in single digits (degF) tomorrow. Supposed to get down to 2degF tomorrow night- which would be a record cold for the day!

Way too cold to run, 10degF (-9degF with wind chill!) - this is Philly not Minnesota for goodness sake.

10.00am: 43degF cloudy. In the need of some running, so run out West Ri er Dr to Strawberry Mansion Bridge (32.21), over the bridge (4.19) and back on Kelly Dr (31.27). Slow, but didn't feel quite that slow. Definitely some work to be done here.

9.30am: 30degF and cloudy, but nice to get out for some decent exercise. Cycled out to the coffee shop on the trail at Conshochen, (49.01), had a cup of good coffee and cycled back down to South street bridge and back. Felt pretty good at a decent pace. Ice only in a few places.

9.30am: A good deal warmer today (30degF and calm) which was a nice change. 2x loop and down to South Street Bridge and back. Great tunes, two Helene Grimaud playing Bethoven's Piano Concerto 4 and 5. An excellent way to de- stress.
Looking forward to next season with the Philadelphia Orchestra. A lot of great concerts I am excited to see. Yannick has really turned the orchestra around back to one of the top orchestra's. Lucky to have it within walking distance.
