Rose Garden run. Real slog. I just can't run. The legs just won't go. I've really reached a new low, and I don't think it's going to get better. Might as well accept the fact that I'm looking and feeling like an 80 year old.

Essentially a rest day. The only thing I did all day was go to Whole Foods in the morning. Just feel so tired despite almost 8 hours of sleep. No other symptoms, so don't think I'm sick.

Morgan Territory Short Course. No significant errors. Just very slow. Can't run cross country at all, and even on trails, more of a hobble than run.

Nice course. Probably a green level, which was a little physical for me.

Big discrepancy between Garmin watch and Apple watch. Garmin said 5.5 k, but Apple said 6.5 k.. Both said 285 m climb.
