Lake Merritt walk/run. Not quite equal to intervals, but a reasonable workout. Generally a 1 minute run followed by a 1 minute walk. Near the mid point, closer to 1:10 walk. Total 18 intervals. Good to get outdoors. First time in two days.

Joe Grant Corona course. Walked the course. Nice terrain. Some good route choices. Was pretty sure I was at 1, 2, and 3, but didn't see streamers. Saw streamers for the rest of them, except for 6, which I'm not sure I was at the right location, Very subtle reentrant, which I never really found. Skipped 9 because it was off the map. Good workout. Would have preferred a course that looped back upon itself and finished closer to the start. The walk back was brutal, and the last half of the controls were not as interesting as the first half.
