Calero Brown. Nice course. Several legs with nice route choice. Nice day. Hillsides extremely slippery with fallen leaves and grass.
Multiple problems with navigation. Went to wrong controls on 1 and 2. On 2, ended up too low and had to climb back up. 3, 4, and 5 were OK. Overshot 6, and had to go back up. Poor route choice to 7. Originally thought of going back to trail , but decided it would be shorter to just go down hillside to lake and up to fence. The hillside was so slippery with leaves, ythat I fell down several times, even with my walking stick. Going to 8 must of had a brain fart, and went high and contoured above reentrants. Couldn't believe where I was when I came outr of the forest way above the trail I was aiming for.
