Mills College, advanced course. Did OK navigationally except for one major goof. Lost concentration and went from 17 to 23 instead of 18 (relatively close to each other), and ended up not doing a whole loop of 18-22. Thought my time was pretty good, and was shocked to see that I had missed 5 controls. Running wise, very, very slow. Can't wait to be M-80.

Slept very poorly. Woke up about 1:00 to pee. At 1:30 did Dive and Immersion, thenRestful Night. Finally at 3:00 got up to edit library patron database, and then read in Osborn's Brain.

Really achey from my long run yesterday. Couldn't do final rep of dead lift, and couldn't do lunges at all. Otherwise, I was surprised I could do the squats.
