Walk/jog around Lake Merritt. Warmed up slowly, then slow jog for 1 min and walk for 1 minute x18, about 3.9 k. Thought I might be getting a little twinge in my right groin, so walked the rest of the way. Hopefully, I will be able to run a little bit at Shell Ridge in a couple weeks.
