Brown course at Morgan Territory. Nice course and beautiful day, but trails very muddy. Made a 13 minute error on 10. Didn't go to my planned attack point, and went up wrong reentrant. Realized it when I saw 2 parallel frences. Went up the hill to the west, but terrain was very complex and couldn't relocate. Finally went back to road and went up the renentrant I was supposed to use. Found it with no problem. Actually was very close to it, but the bag was tucked in between 2 large rocks, and didn't see it the first time. Otherwise fairly good run.

Was planning on running treadmill intervals after work, but have slight discomfort at the insertion of the patellar tendon on the inferior aspect of my left patella. Feels like an early tendinitis. Decided not to run on it until it goes away, particularly since Morgan Territory is this Sunday, and I don't want to miss that.
