PR around Lake Merritt. Broke 30 minutes.

Good week. Two runs, today around the lake and treadmill intervals on Wednesday.
Three weight work sessions. Squat 100 lbs, Press 70 lbs, Deadlift 155 lbs, bench press, 95 lbs, triceps extension 55 lbs, biceps curls 50, 10 pull ups a7 pushups.
One session on exercycle with intervals.
Almost 10K steps every day.
