Squat with 45 lbs bar. 5 reps x 2. Dead lfit 65lbs 5 reps x3. Press 65 lbs. Bench press 90. Biceps curl 50. Overhead arm extensions 50. So far, so good. Will continue to increase weight of squats and dead lifts and increase bike intervals to 3.
