Walk 1 min, jog 1 min, etc around Lake Merritt. First time running in 3 weeks. No pain. Will wait for tomorrow to see how I feel.

Did easy squats and dead lifts with 95 lbs each. No pain. Upper body feeling pretty good. Increased wt to 50 lbs for biceps curls and triceps extensions.
