Pt Pinole Medium Orange.
Generally OK, but a little sloppy. Got confused going to 2. Was concentrating on finding the control after crossing the trail, forgetting that I had 2 trails to cross. Kept trying to figure out where I was thinking I was on the 2nd trail, and actually on the first one. Wandered around a bit going to 11. 5 min error on 16. Must have gone too far to the left and had to relocate at the goose foot intersection. Controls 19-22 a little boring as all on a straight line, with a huge elephant trail going to the controls.

First time on Stairmaster in months. It is a new machine, and I don't like it as much as the older ones. Requires much more leg force because of the resistance. I prefer less resistance and a faster cadence. Only did 18 minutes of a planned 30 minutes.
