Essentially rest day to allow right knee to recover. Hurt very bad last night. Had to take an acetaminophen. Better this morning, but still can feel something.
Injured my right knee on 8th rep of 3rd set of suspended bridges. Guess I was too forceful. sharp pain on lateral inferior aspect right knee. ? slight hamstring injury.
