Short brown course at Lake Herman in Benicia. Lost about 5 minutes looking for the bingo bush control at 2, and then somehow ended up way west of 7, almost off the map. Running was acutually fairly good compared to recent events. Actual distance ran 4.2 k, 180 m climb.

Walked/jogged around lake. Started walking 1 min, run 1 min for about 10 minutes. Then increased running by 5 seconds and decreasing walking by 5 seconds, eg, run 1:05, walk 55; run 1:10, walk 50 sec, etc., until got to 1:45 running, and then ran continuously for last 3 minutes. Not a bad run for me ast this stage.

Sunol brown course. Nice course. Generally did well until 10. Bad route choice and then ended u on a bunch of trails and couldn't figure out where I was. Had to back track./ Lost about 15 minutes. By then, my legs and knees were so tired I just waalked the rest of the course.
