2nd workout at new gym across the street. Pacific Strength Cross Fit. Much busier today, but no problem getting the equipment. Very loud: people shouting, dropping weights, music in background all in a warehouse type building. Clientelle much younger and fitter than at Oakwood. Went to gym today, as do not have time to go tomorrow. Will try to get in a run around the lake before lunch.
