Ran hard DP summer series race. Dickie running really well to finish just 1 min behind.

Fell run 15:00 [2] 2.5 km (6:00 / km)

Easy jog with Dickie back up the hill.

Warming up and down.

Orienteering 32:00 [5] 5.5 km (5:49 / km) +150m 5:07 / km

Middle distance. Early unranked start. Ran pretty well except for bunging up 3 by 1.30. Anyway pretty happy on quite a technical area. Great map from OJ.

Warming up and down for both.

Orienteering 15:00 [5] 4.0 km (3:45 / km) +100m 3:20 / km

Sprint qualifier. Main aim was to make the final and I did - obviously I still have what it takes!?

Sprint final - got caught out a couple of times as it was abit more tricky than the qually. 13th!

With Pete, Shelf and another lad for DP from Redmires. Buck Stone, Bamford Stone Circle, Bamford Edge, Hordon Stone Circle, Stanno and back. Windy! legs felt good (rested?) but lungs abit tight still.

Dropped off the van an ran home. Chest felt very tight, but hopefully it shifted some gunk.

Fell run 35:00 [3] 5.5 km (6:22 / km) +235m 5:15 / km

Cutthroat, hurkling, ladybower back. Short loop on a fine evening. Feeling vaguely human by the end.
