Orienteering race 25:00 [5] 5.0 km (5:00 / km) +250m 4:00 / km

JK Relay. 2nd leg. Barabelly came back with abit of a gap. I tried to push hard from the start to open up a gap on Hector, but he was having nothing of it. My legs were completely shot from yesterday and to be honest I couldn't have run any faster today. Pretty clean run though it was pretty simple. Bryn caught us for the fastest leg. 2nd overall but we take the moral victory (even though its worth nought) because Edinburgh had 4 fresh legs and we had none. Cranester ran a blitzer.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

Warm up -no warm down....

Orienteering race 1:30:00 [5] 17.0 km (5:18 / km) +550m 4:33 / km

JK Classic. Hot today. Caught barrabelly 3 mins at no 5 and ran the rest of the race with him. Tried to get away a couple of times, but he was running really well and even took a couple of different lines. Generally pleased, but still not feeling my usual self and not on fire. Maybe a good thing not peaking for the JK though!

Running warm up/down 30:00 [1] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)

To the start then a loop with craney and supersaint apres.

JK Middle. Ran pretty well, lost a min or so, but I imagine most people lost some time.

Running warm up/down 35:00 [2] 5.0 km (7:00 / km)

Warm up then a warm down with OJ and Speakey
