Into work -legs felt suprisingly ok this morning.

Ran to goodwin then the usual monday loosener with Little Rob. Pity to see that noone else can be arsed. Last winter we had at least 4 peeps each week. Oli had a good excuse tonight though...

SHI relays. Camel put me off in second place about 30 secs behind duncan, and about 5 secs infront of oleg. Ran well all the way to where I thought no 3 was -but it wasn't it was about 100m lower down the hill. Oleg had a shorter gaffle and got a couple of minuites here. Tough hills throughout, but I think I reeled some back on oleg to send OJ off in second about 1min down. He had a battle on last with scott and ewan, and finished 3rd. Oh well -it didn't matter as the girlies had done so well England still won!

Generally pretty straightforward. Rough open terrain = good for me. One small miss. 2nd. Nice cheese as a prize. Got pissed watching the rugby. Drowned sorrows. Ate lots of cheese. Had nightmares. Woke Barrable up by tapping the bunk.

Run to start. Warm down jogging for about 4 minuites with Mike. Then bigger loop with OJ once he had finished.

Ran home from work via the usual, then picked up a change of clothes and ran out to Andy and Craneys. We then went to the Three Merry Lads and we were 3 lads and we were merry. We had all you can eat curry. I've put on 3.5kg since this morning. Then we stumbled across the road to the Sportsman for the quiz and some bread and dripping. Yorkshire fare -eat your heart out.
