Orienteering 17:00 [3] 2.7 km (6:18 / km) +80m 5:29 / km

Hanging controls at Mt Taylor. Only a couple ended up getting moved by the planner.
9 AM

Running 46:00 [3] 8.7 km (5:17 / km) +230m 4:40 / km

And then went for a jog over to Coolo and up Mt Arawang and back. Nice to get some time to run for more than 25mins.

Lap around Erindale between ordering and picking up pizzas from Crust. A training session introduced to me by Andrew Middleditch, although he did his between 11:50pm and 12:10am so that it got him 2 days of training.

Loop towards Taylor from the sun at home and into the fog. I do find 25 min runs align quite well with my boredom threshold.
