Orienteering Training 55:00 [5] **** 9.6 km (5:44 / km) +240m 5:06 / km

AM: Relay-training together with the Youth-team. I ran 3rd leg. I started first with a gap of around 2 - 3 min. to 2nd place. I had a "clean" run and finished first. :)

PM: Line-O with a reduced map (no pathes and roads).

AM: Structuring exercise, including running longer legs with selfmade "Krokies".

Orienteering Training 47:00 [4] ***** 6.9 km (6:49 / km) +230m 5:50 / km

PM: "Rudel-OL": a group of 3 to 5 runners, one person starts leading the way (the others aren't allowed to look on their maps) to a certain point in the terrain and shout for example "Number 40". The others now have to locate themselves and try to orienteer as fast as possible to the announced control. Then the next one starts again. The fastest in each round wins.

AM: 1st O-Training in Hungary at that training camp. easy-run to get used to the special terrain with lots of dolines.

PM: 2nd O-training. Simulate relay-starts, 3 loops, including short warm up and warm down.
