Tracktraining race 9:35 [4] 3.0 km (3:12 / km)

3.000m at the track in Wr. Neustadt. Well the time is not the best, but I'm neither satisfied nor disappointed, because I couldn't train well the last three weeks with an injury and some days of sickness, so it was ok :) I'll definitely improve this time later in my career. The best for now is: Season is over and now are at least 2 weeks (I guess 3 for me ;) of veeeery easy training, computer & Wii gaming, having fun and enjoying life, ... :) :D ;)
