some wup, then up to Steinwandl/große Plaike and via dirtroad back to Grabnerwiese.

when running down I suddenly got a hard stitch into my achilles tendon, which forced me to stop and wait for some minutes. After another minutes of walking I fortunately was able to continue running slowly. Therefore only cycling (with my new MTB ;) tomorrow and I hope I can run on sunday...
