hilltraining at Marieninsel in Henndorf. Markus, richi, aishi and Mani also ran it! I did 10 times of the small hill (ca. 3 min. and 65 Hm), Richi 8 times, Mani 7 times and Markus only 4 I think.

longjog around the lake with some extensions. Much time over the fields....very muddy and wet and it was hard to run.
