That was fun, but extremely hard work! MTB is certainly not steady state exercise.
Why has it taken me 2.5 years in Rocky to get my bike out and ride those trails?
Must do again soon.

Third run in a week for the first time in ages. Heel similar to previous couple of runs. Hammy/glute a bit annoying in the middle, but seemed to settle again.
Felt very unfit and hayfevery.
