Anything’s better than nothing? No real purpose to this yet, but at least I did something this weekend.
Hopefully my achilles might survive 3 short runs this week.
Need to be a bit more regular with rehab and/or weights too.

A token effort at home of some calf and hammy exercises. because I thought that might actually be more productive than wallowing in grumpiness at how badly my achilles reacted to last Thursday's run.

Plans went from Zwift --> Mountain Biking at Mount Archer --> Zwift --> nothing as my enthusiasm levels fluctuated through the day.
