Half an intervals session. 2km WU, 6x800m with 200 jog recovery. Didn’t run the 800’s particularly hard, but left hammy was still a bit sore (left over from trail race cramping, followed by Phys Ed silliness during the week). Hammy wasn’t getting better the longer I went, so called it quits and walked a couple of laps for a CD.
