Felt totally uninspired for this, but just managed to get myself out the door and down to the river. First few km felt terrible- mostly leg tired from unaccustomed cycling probably. Didn’t improve much, but got through about 9km before linking up with Rocky Runners. Fortunately Rhys was practicing running at 5:00/km coz he is pacing at the marathon in a week and a bit, so I ran with him. Actually felt better doing this bit until about 15km when everything got hard again.
