On the bike a bit early to warm ip for TdZ

Stage 4 of Tour de Zwift on the virtual MTB. Started steady, and with a big group riding (over 1000) gradually worked my way from about 800th to about 255 without ever really needing to surge across any gaps.
Felt more comfortable than the last ride and the internet didn’t drop out this time, so I’ve actually got one stage ticked off.

First long run in a while. Was wondering if ai would survive half an hour in, but then it clouded over, a bit of a breeze started and suddenly running was almost enjoyable again.
Feeling it a bit afterwards.

39km in 58:20, then a very short roll.

Unfortunately, the internet dropped out again with 5.4km to go, so I had to ride solo to the end. A real motivation test. Averaged about 220W, which I'm pretty happy with given my current level of fitness and amount of riding.
