Afternoon jog down into Port Curtis for the first time. Very flat and looks every bit the flood zone that it is.
Found the ‘path’ under the highway on the return journey.
Still nearly 30 degrees and 70% humidity, which is pretty good for around here, bit was a bit unpleasant by the end.

This was meant to be a track session, bit it was raining for 3 hours before and is still raining about an hour after I finished. Only the lightest sprinkle while running, but nobody else showed up, and there were puddles and squishy bits all over the track.
I didn’t think that went well with trying to run fast with good form, and I wasn’t feeling particularly sparky, so I just heade out randomly around the uni campus until it got dark enough to need the track lights.
