Wasn't feeling inspired this morning so decided not to push it - but still wanted a clear start to find my own rhythm. Got a bit carried away and was 20 seconds up on last week at the 1km mark, so decided to carry on. Can definitely sustain a pace that wasn't feasible a couple of weeks ago.

Now I just need to stop myself from overdoing things for a few more weeks...

Felt pretty good today. Slowed a bit on the return to have a chat, but it was entirely unintentional to run a couple of km’s sub 5min/km pace.
Could it be the first tiny bit of fitness returning?

Tour de Zwift stage 2. Started late, so joined at about the 5km mark, already on the climb. Added a few mins at the end to cool down. Still tweaking set up downstairs, but not too bad.
