Thought I'd try throwing in a bit of token intensity, hoping it would feel better than last time. It did.
WU, 5 x (approximately) 400:400, trying to follow the faded line around the cricket oval. Didn't take any splits, don't know what the paces were like, other than the fact it was hard work into the wind and really easy with it - blowing a gale.
Good times.
Aim for next week is to step up to 5 runs.

Had almost zero motivation for this, but still managed to get myself out the door. Is this the first sign of turning back into a runner?
Very easy paced jog through to Bluff Point and Sunset beach foreshore, through Sunset and back along Chapman road and through Weberton. Tailwind for the first half. Little bits of soft sand in places.
Felt unispired, but manageable at the pace I was going. Need to make a decision whether to add a session, or increase some distance/intensity as I head into the first week of the year with students to deal with... full time DP away!

Morning jogalog.
Started off feeling good, but it was pretty humid and I was drenched and uncomfortable by the end.
Right achilles more noticeable than left today, although both better than they were a week ago.
Unplanned.
Failed to launch this morning and by the time the evening rolled around, I prioritised making sure I was committed to my morning run tomorrow over an evening blob.
