Fun little jogalog around the MTB trails along the river. Ground is rock hard, which I particularly notice in these shoes.

Isabelle asked to go running with me for the second time this week. Given how unbelievably rare it is that my kids want o do anything that isn't reading or starting at a screen, I took her out. Despite my hinting, she was determined to do the 3km loop from our house. First km went fine, then she got a stitch and a few walk breaks were needed to get round, but not bad for her first run in I don't know how long.

Dropped her home, then headed out for some more, pushing the pace a little more to make sure I was home in time for dinner. Felt alright. Achilleses were better than the last few runs.
