First run back in Geraldton in a while.
Headed onto the MTB track for the first time in ages, and suddenly running felt fun again. Went a bit further than intended, but didn't want to turn around!
Would probably be a good idea for me to get a second new ankle brace if I'm going to do this often though.

Managed to hurt my back on Christmas day, doing a jigsaw puzzle of all things. Was just leaning over the puzzle, putting a piece in and something in my lower back went pop. Shocking shooting pain, but fortunately it settled down to a manageable level in just a couple of days.
Last run in Perth before heading for home after 3 weeks away.
Headed onto the soft sand at Trigg and ran to Brighton beach and back.
Really tight behind the right ankle when I started, but loosened up quickly and felt good after that. Back wasn't an issue.
