Short little jog around Strathalbyn with a few surges across the oval at the end. Felt pretty good today.

Certainly wouldn't have been in the mix for the half marathon at Runfest today. The winner ran about 68minutes.

Bit of a shock to the system this afternoon, and I don't mean actually running two days in a row. It was a bit windy when I started, and about 10 minutes in, this strange, clear, wet stuff started landing on me. Could it possibly be that rain had found Geraldton. Lasted about 10 minutes - enough to get me pretty wet and a bit cold. Warmed up OK after it stopped, but at about 8km, it started again, only heavier. Pretty soggy by the time that I got home.

Relaxed cruise around Woorree and back along the river. Calves were good today. Might have something to work with through the next three weeks with no students.
