Watching Nairo Quintana destroy everyone up a mountain again. I held on till the end though.
Not as useful as the runs I didn't do, but better than nothing (and manageable one hour after eating pizza without dying, which running most certainly is not).
HR on these rides is useless. Every time I sit up to give my back a break, my HR apparently spikes by 20-30 bpm. The lack of change of effort or feelings of sudden chest pain on my part would seem to indicate this is unlikely to actually b the case.
