Saturday arvo event before tomorrow's local C2S (Pretty stupid name when the City Centre is all of a block from the ocean.
Was meant to just be a casual steady run to see if I had recovered from illness, and managed to stick to that relatively well, except for the first half of the second lap, where I couldn't resist the urge to run down the leader. When I got up to his shoulder though, I conceded I was working far harder than I wanted to and managed to back off again.
So, not feeling 100%, but better than expected, and quite capable of some steady running, if not ready for proper intervals yet.
