A few extra frivolities today meant I didn't have time to do the planned run-paddle again, so had to settle for tacking a couple of extra km onto the paddle instead. Starting to cool down by the time I got going, and pretty windy, so not the most fun I've ever had, but fairly necessary given the limited time till I need to paddle in a race.

School cross country training - went twice round the 'long' loop with the two guys I've got that have some reasonable potential. Will need to hold one of them back from trying to ru na half marathon too quickly!
