10 minute blocks gradually getting harder, up to something that really shouldn't feel hard at all, but did. Trying to keep cadence around 90, but it was probably low-mid 80's most of the time.
Might figure out what gear combos I was in just to laugh at my own patheticness.
On the bright side, I've been on a bike three times in a week. It's in danger of becoming a habit.

As per Monday. Felt quite nauseous after the one sprint again. Not feeling at all fit.
Picked up a new bike for school yesterday. Bike shops are dangerous. Nearly walked out with a full carbon roadie for me at the same time.
Had built up hopes of running straight after my next physio appointment (1.5 weeks), only to go and hurt it again somehow while taking a class abseiling in Kalbarri gorges on Friday. Probably nothing serious, but after managing to jog around a little collecting controls from my Midwest Orienteering Championships on Thursday completely pain free, it was a little disappointing. Hopefully will settle back down sooner rather than later.

School ride with a few Year 6's and a year 8. Not overly intense, but nice to go for a little roll around after sorting out the tyre that managed to pop itself after I pumped it up last week, only to bail on riding when it hit 40 degrees two days in a row.
