Note

It seems that my body is trying to develop some new allergies to unknown foods. Got itchy after dinner on Friday and covered in welts when I botheresd to look in the morning. They settled during the day, then came back with a vengeance on Saturday evening. Face and lips puffed up along with many other bits of me. Still covered on Sunday morning, so went and sat in hospital emergency for a while. Got some drugs.

So it seems I no longer need to exercise to get food allergies to kick in, and there's more than likely an unknown trigger on top of milk and peanuts. I could probably sort Friday night's leftovers into individual foodstuffs and try to trigger myself again by eating one at a time, but it just doesn't sound like that great an idea.

Note
(injured)

Physio says absolutely no running for at least six more weeks. Can ride as much as I want, so might just have to do more of that, as lack of exercise is leaving me flat, grumpy and sleeping badly.
Had hit the point with rehab where the calf exercises didn't seem to be fixing anything any more, just leaving my achilles permanently irritated- as has happened before. Calf raises now modified to be single leg, but starting from and lowering back down to a flat floor. Apoarently I should be able to do 40 in one set, which is double what i can do with either leg at the moment.
