What did I do this week? Work, watch footy, drink beer... how much of that is training.
Actually, on Tuesday some time, I tweaked my back - between the shoulder blades, same spot as several previous times, but his time, I have no idea what I actually did to set it off. Wednesday was so bad that I couldn't even go to work, because I couldn't stand up staright, but I did get an emergency physio appt, and I was mobile enough to go snorkelling on Thursday arvo, and stupid enough to play basketball on Friday for a staff vs student game. Still sore, but at least I can move.
Not looking forward to driving south and sleeping in unfamiliar beds though.
