Oh yeah - still not doing anything. New orthotics on the way. They're a fair bit more springy than the old ones. Will be interesting to see what they feel like. HBF not paying a rebate until the orthotics are ready and the podiatrist charging in advance for them and the follow-up appointment makes it pretty pricey in the short term.

Survived yesterday's ACC athletics carnival in Perth without any major issues (or none that I know of yet, anyway)
