Pretty much a replay of last night, but in the daylight, and extended the loop a little, cutting back through an empty block rather than at the end of the park. Breathing felt much better and generally felt a little more like a runner today, but really need to get back into running before breakfast. Can feel that things aren't quite right running with food in the stomach, so it's probably just a matter of time till it backfires more spectacularly on me.

Trying out a potential recovery run loop. Pleasant enough loop (but not after dinner). A little short, shouldn't be too hard to add 500m-1km though.

Left achilles didn't pull up well at all from the last run and was a bit sore to start with, but eased off. Have just started rehab exercises again. 2 weeks of not running basically seems to just tighten everything up and cause more issues when I start again.

Loop around the back of Wandina, stopping a few times and having a little explore, before finding a little sand track back down the hill to the highway. Pretty glad we didn't rent out the back of Wandina, as it is basically a big sandpit and they are in the process of roadworks to connect it to one of Geraldton's less desirable suburbs.

Think my donation time is up as GPS download doesn't seem to be an option today. Better fix that...
