Ran the 400s very conservatively and only did half the session. Was really just a tester to see what I'm up to as I'm certainly not healthy yet. Felt OK when I didn't try to push it. Might be OK to have a bit of a crack at something on the weekend.
Also nice to try out another pair of new shoes. Surprisingly, they felt a little less cushioned than the x-talons in the forefoot, but a bit more in the heel. Possibly just that the studs aren't as long or soft as the x-talons. Might be a good option for sprint races...
