The stock standard Banks Reserve to that rowing/paddling/whatever club at AP Hinds reserve, just past Garrett Rd Bridge. Tiny little detour at the end to go behind a boat that I wasn't sure I could get by without getting abused, but probably could have in the end.

Generally felt pretty comfortable, but paddling on my own I tend to lose focus and just drift along, rather than focusing on technique or putting in significant amounts of effort.

Might have been a total waste of time, depending on whether I have a race to be preparing for...

School camp last 3 days. Dwellingup is cold. But nobody got hypothermia on our paddling sessions, so I guess we did alright...

Will have to try to get some training in over the weekend...

Back felt stiff before, during the warm up and seized really nicely straight after I finished. Hope ibuprofen does the trick.

Easy run with student (yes, singular).

Slight R achilles niggle, hip flexor fatigue. Otherwise felt really comfortable.

Nurofen has worked wonders for my back. Hopefully a few more through the next day or 2 will squish the problem longer term.
