Session was 3 x (1km, 30 sec recovery, 500m, 2 min recovery)
Only Alisha @ 5:30, so we decided to can it, but Martin pulled in as I was driving out, so I turned around and we ran the session anyway. Nice to have the little jog down and back. Hip flexor is surprisingly good, sorest part is the right quad feels like it has a big cork in it. Probably just sore from favouring my left side for the last few hours. Achilles pretty good.
Time to book into the physio.
Martin seems mad-keen. Not paddling or riding yet, but already with the long-term goal of an AR world champs.
