run long 1:34:00 [3] 19.5 km (4:49 / km)
shoes: Nike Equalon 2

Felt a bit flat today. Really struggled going uphill and into the wind heading down the coast in the middle of the run.
Mentally felt like a big shift in my running today. I felt crap physically, but a 90 minute run now sits in the 'short' long run category that I expect to finish comfortably, wheras a month ago it was up there with the 'oooooh I haven't done anything like that in a couple of years' efforts.

paddle long 2:12:44 [3] 19.4 km (6:51 / km)
shoes: Spirit PRS plastic

Banks Reserve around the island at Garvey Park and return. Quite a strong breeze. Mostly tailwind in the first half and cuaght a few nice little runs, but struggled for rhythm. Wasn't looking forward to the return trip into the headwid, but it forced me to find a consistent stroke and keep the stroke rate up. Held the pace remarkably well until the stretch past the boat ramp at about the 1:45 mark, where fatigue apparently took its toll. Glad to have this one under the belt.

Windtrainer 1:00:00 [4]
shoes: Avanti Blade

Had hoped to fit in a windtrainer and a run between work and more work, but it clearly wasn't going to happen, so, given that my knee has been a little achey since sandhills I plonked for the windtrainer. WU, 45 minutes straight in the gearing I usually use for my interval efforts. CD. Knackered.

cycle (commute) 1:06:00 [3] 29.0 km (2:17 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

A bit showery and windy. Not very special. Not many cyclists out.

cycle (commute) 1:01:39 [3] 29.0 km (2:08 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

and home again. Wetter than the way there, but seemingly less windy. Pretty pedestrian effort. Still not many cyclists out. Lazy afternoon at work watching videos instead of teaching PE in the rain
