M-H-M-H-M-H. First 2 reps from Perry Lakes Drive, last 4 from bottom of driveway (betwen the 2 new trees). Pushed really hard, but didn't have the same zip as last week. the extra distance and extra hard rep were a real killer. Knee almost 100% even on the downhills :) Blew up 2/3 of the way up on rep 5 (which was only a medium effort...) Last one was struggle city. Recovered to about halfway down, then turned around to give Tooms something to chase back up to the top.
