Pretty relaxed paddle with Tooms and MTBJen. Only got from Banks Reserve round to the yacht? club just short of Tranby house. I helped to keep the pace down by falling in at regular intervals (3 times in the first minute, every time a boat went past after that). I think about 9 times all up for the paddle. Quite embarassingly bad really. Seem to have gotten much worse since my first paddle on this ski with Pete a few weeks back.

Tooms tried to cheer me up by falling in while laughing at me near the end and proving that I can do something better than him - getting back onto a ski. Guess all that practice has helped.

Will be a while before I take this ski out on the ocean...

Ride in the morning. Wanted an hour, but ran out of time.

Set up the windtrainer in the weights room at school and sweated it out. Cranked the gears up a fair bit higher than I have before for a while and actually felt like I was working hard. Knee seems to be 100% on the bike. Limiting factor in when I ride to school may now be how quickly Juffy can fix my shoes :) (or I might have to ride on flat pedals on MTB knobblies instead)
Did my token kneehab after the ride, then went o rush home only to realise I stil ahd to put away two buses and fill my car with petrol. Grr.

Did kneehab after school. Threw in some benchpress too, just for fun (and coz I'm really worried about looking good in the mirror.

Put the seat up a cm or so and lower quads/top of patella felt under much less strain. really should get someone t oset my whole bike up properly...

Mixed things up a bit. A few different exercises. Had to cut it a bit short to get home.
Finally did a bit of kneehab again...
