paddle 1:02:00 [3] 8.0 km (7:45 / km)
shoes: Lavender Endorfinn

First paddle in the 'new' borrowed ski. Ta Jen. Felt VERY masculine in the beautiful lavender ski.
felt pretty good. Felt really stable after the first minute or two and my hip flexors stopped screaming pretty quickly too. Good first guess at where to put the foot pedals coz was pretty comfy for the whole thing.

Slight vibration with every stroke... is this normal Jen or have I broken something before I got it in the water?

cycle (commute) 58:14 [3] 29.05 km (2:00 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Made it without mishap this time, bt not feeling as fresh as I'd hoped.

cycle 58:49 [3] 29.35 km (2:00 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Glad I had the rest day yesterday. I was buggered. Als glad it was a special morning tea at work with lots of leftovers. Ate lots. Felt much better than Wednesday on the way home.
Weird to have doe the commute twice this week and not had a seabreeze to battle on the return trip yet... (not that I'm complaining)

cycle (commute) 58:55 [3] 29.0 km (2:02 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Got back whel back from the shop (again) last night, so ride into work. Dunno how, but managed to pop back tyre rounding the last corner into work. grrr.

Last 3 rides - 2 broken spokes and 2x buckled rim, 1 x puncture...

cycle (commute) 1:03:00 [3] 29.3 km (2:09 / km)
shoes: Avanti Blade

Well it wasn't the typical seabreeze, but I wish it had been. Ride home on a far too soft back tyre (too lazy with the hand pump) Hot. Sweated bucketloads. Went pretty much as hard as I cold. felt totally empty and rode slow. Yuk.

run race (Golf Course TT) 18:23 [5] 5.0 km (3:41 / km)
shoes: Nike Equalon

Wasn't sure what to expect this evening. Training has been pretty sporadic for the last 2 weeks, but I have at least been consistent with my small running volume.Hot, humid. Didn't warm up enough and felt a bit leg heavy for the first 2km, but felt much fitter than 4 weeks ago. Felt like I was working far more solidly uphill, which was good, and much stronger up Durston. Only 7 seconds quicker, but given the conditions I'll take it.

run warm up/down 15:30 [1] 2.1 km (7:23 / km)
shoes: Nike Equalon

Not enough warm-up, reasonable cooldown. Felt pretty good after.
